Ok, so I stumbled across this blog on my favourites and thought it was about time to start this thing up again. I can not believe it has been inactive since DEC 2008...gosh time does fly by, so much has happened in the last 2 years!! Yes that is correct, I am here typing to you from the future!! It is now November 2010!!! Insane I know, so here is what has happened to me:
1) I got Married!! Insane I know, but I did, I got married to the man I love - it has been such and amazing journey and I loved every minute of it. We tied the knot March 20, 2010 so not long ago, but I guess that can explain most of my absence since Dec 2008 coz planning a wedding is no easy task...believe me, and now that is all done and dusted, the honeymoon period is still very much alive and kicking!!
2) I'm having a BABY!!! So before you all go "ahhhhhhh" its not what you think. It was not a shotgun wedding...and most of you who were there can concur because I am pretty sure I was quite tipsy after all the formalities hehe. But I guess my husband and I were just excited to start a family, we just let it happen naturally and if it was meant to be it was meant to be....and so 1 month later, I got the test and it showed me the 2 blue lines confirming that we were making ourselves a family!! Yipppeeee!!! It was the most exciting news and we are so so blessed to still have this wee bub (which is a girl by the way) on its way. I am currently 29 Weeks Pregnant and almost near the end which is awesome!!!
So with all that going on I have not had time to post up, but seeing as I will be leaving work and going on Maternity leave soon, it will give me some time FINALLY to do two things - finish my book...which I am in the process of writing (gulp) and to blog more often...which will be awesome!!
So that is me for now, but I leave you with the notion that I will definilty be returning and hopefully have something more insightful to write about instead of an update of what I have been up to!!
